The Basics

We offer free shipping with no minimum order required. Currently, we ship to selected European countries only. All orders are delivered through trusted carriers, including PostNL and DHL.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Delivery Times by Region

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you after dispatch. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 1-2 business days

  • Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg & most regions in France: 2-3 business days

  • Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden & Finland: 3-7 business days

Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, as well as on public holidays.
